Wipster - Project Library Beta Update

Featured Image

If you're a regular Wipster user, you may have already tried Wipster's Project Library beta - a completely revamped and redesigned replacement for our Media Library, Dashboard and Upload Management features.

Our engineering team has been hard at work over the recent months, continually shipping improvements to the beta. We wanted to share an update with our users and what you can expect if you try the beta today.

What's been added since the start of the beta?

Some of our users' favorite features weren't included in the beta on day 1, but have been added along the way. If you tried the beta early on, you may have missed some of the recent additions. These include:

  • Drag-and-drop to upload
  • Bulk Operations
  • Team Dashboard
  • Review Link Management

What brand new features in the beta?

While much of the focus has been on an improved user interface, better navigation, and a faster experience, we've also been adding some new features and enhancements along the way. These include:

  • Ability to create multi-shares with assets that live in different folders
  • Masonry View (great for teams that work with images)
  • Improved upload management
  • Reviews Tab (easily view and manage all historical share links)
  • Light and Dark Mode
  • Improved navigability and re-sizable UI

The new Reviews tab allows you to view and manage all your share links - all in one place.

We're not done yet! We'll keep improving and refining the beta experience before we start switching users over in the coming weeks.

How can I try the beta?

If you're looking to try the beta today, it's easy! Just look for the blue "Try Beta" button from within any Media Library folder, which you'll find in the top right. You can switch back to the legacy experience at any time.

Just click the blue "Try Beta" button from any Media Library folder to opt-in to the beta.

You can find more information on our Project Library Beta FAQ.

We'll have more to share with you soon! Please don't hesitate to reach out to our team through in-app chat or by email at with any questions.
